This 45-minute presentation, conducted by innkeeper Steve, is a don’t miss event! Having worked as a wine salesman and educator for 24 years in Raleigh and the surrounding areas, Steve remains passionate on the subject. He earned his CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) Certification through the Society of Wine Educators in 2015, and he enjoys nothing more than to share his love of wine with our guests. This jumbo shrimp cocktail platter is flash boiled by Steve in cajun seasoning. The shrimp are huge with a dozen weighing a pound. LBF Spaghetti and Homemade MeatballsCost: $25 per person, plus tax

With lots of garlic and oregano from the garden, these oversized meatballs will melt in your mouth. Served over linguine “al dente” with fresh grated parmesan cheese, you won’t be disappointed. Paired with toasted garlic bread and a fresh garden salad, you can’t go wrong with this fun traditional Italian dish.
