Lucky Bar Farm Policies:

Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. or earlier
Breakfast: Fresh coffee is brewed in our kitchen at daybreak. For tea lovers, we offer a a nice selection of tea. Our hot homemade breakfast follows daily at approximately 8:30 a.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. on weekends. Guests are seated and served at one or our two dining room areas. Breakfast times can always be modified to meet the needs of our guests.
Deposits: At the time of booking, your credit card will be charged 25% of your total reservation cost, plus applicable state and local taxes.
Cancellations and Refunds: Reservations cancelled 72 hours or more prior to 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival will receive a full refund of the paid deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival will not be refunded. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
If you no-show for your visit, you will forfeit any deposit and will be charged for your entire reservation.
Smoking: Lucky Bar Farm is a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast Home. For those who do smoke, you are welcome to do so away from the house and barn, weather permitting, and use appropriate receptacles. In the event that we detect smoke odors in your guest room, there will be a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee charged to your credit card on file.
Children: For your family vacation, Lucky Bar Farm welcomes children age 12 and older when accompanied by an adult. For those traveling with younger children, we welcome you to call and discuss options prior to booking your reservation. We are happy to work with young families when we have availability and prior notice.
Pets: We do not accept pets with our visitors; however, we do love them! You are welcome to visit with our barnyard pets and encourage you to do so. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when visiting with our animals.
Pool: Our pool is available seasonally. There is no lifeguard on duty and all guests swim at their own risk. The pool is 4.5 feet deep everywhere. No glass is allowed at the pool due to safety reasons.
Fitness Center: Our Fitness Center is open daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. These hours correlate to our quiet hours so that all guests can relax and enjoy and good nights sleep.
Quiet Hours: Please be courteous of your fellow guests and observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
